Sending the package

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, using the shipping company you have chosen, with a tracking number. We will provide you with a link so you can track your order online or information regarding the shipment. Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs.

Shipping to the islands costs €8.90, except for La Palma (€12.90) and Las Palmas (€6.90).

Handling charges are a fixed price, while shipping charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping charges will be applied to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

RETURN POLICY

The user has the right to cancel an order without giving any explanation. This right is the right of withdrawal.
established by art. 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Contact us from the contact form, adding the invoice ID in the message (always returning all products in perfect condition and with their original packaging). From the time you receive the order, you have 14 calendar days to make the return. In any case, if the reason for the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, shipping costs will be charged.

We will check the returned products to confirm that they arrive in optimal condition before proceeding to refund the amounts. In the event that the product is damaged due to misuse, no exchange or refund will be accepted.

If the product is correct, we will refund the total amount of the purchase plus shipping costs using the previously made payment method, within 14 days of receiving the cancelled order.

All courses purchased, reservations or full payments: money will not be refunded under any circumstances. Only in case of cancellation, the reservation will be kept for another course.

What can I do if I receive an incorrect or defective order?

In this case, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order using our contact form, indicating the error or defect along with your personal details. We will proceed to refund or replace (if applicable) as soon as possible within 30 days of receiving our confirmation email.
